Our Company

WISPECT is a full-service property inspection agency. The Inspectors with WISPECT are Certified by and Registered with the State of Wisconsin.

Our Inspectors have over 26 years of experience in the construction, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing industries, 18 years of inspection experience, and have performed over 2000 property inspections individually on existing residential and commercial structures. WISPECT is also a Registered Uniform Dwelling Code Inspection Agency, our UDC Inspectors have performed thousands of inspections on homes under construction to ensure compliance is being met with Wisconsin's Uniform Dwelling Code. Each Building Inspector receives continuous training in all areas of the property inspection field, from new construction techniques and materials, to issues associated with existing residential and commercial properties.

Our goal is to assist our clientele with making more informed decisions about any real estate transaction they are considering. * Items inspected can be adjusted as each client may have different criteria for the type of inspection wanted. Uniform Dwelling Code Inspections, Rental Weatherization Inspections, and Home Inspections are conducted according to the rules and regulations set forth by the State of Wisconsin.
